From a very early age, Ife has always known there was something different about her. Hailed as a visionary from a young age and a natural orator, speaking and leadership have been inherent tendencies of hers. Born to two very young parents who did not have much at the time and were trying to make ends meet, they taught her the power of dreams. Ife's parents instilled in her the values of hard work, excellence and unrelenting determination.

At the age of 10, she owned her first website where she detailed current affairs and general advice. At 13, she ran a travel tourism business, and at 15, she owned a hamper business and jewellery business. By age 16, she had a blog titled 'IO's Words of Wisdom', empowering readers to aspire for more. Finally, at age 18, she ran a cooking business dubbed 'IO's Cuisine', offering a variety of popular Nigerian dishes. This entrepreneurial streak, coupled with a desire to empower others, birthed her social enterprise, Empowering Younger Generations CIC, in 2020.

Alongside her entrepreneurial pursuits, Ife's desire to speak on behalf of others, represent the defenceless and give people a voice led her to study Law at the University of Southampton. She is now in her final year, aiming to become a solicitor.In her pursuit of studying Law, Ife's natural affinity for leadership, evidenced across her education, from holding positions such as School Councillor to House Captain and Senator, which has led her to take up several leadership roles.

These have included serving as Inter-Religious Commonwealth Youth Ambassador for the Commonwealth Jewish Council and currently as a Youth Advisory Board Member at EY Foundation.

Owing to the fantastic support systems she had growing up and the stellar education her parents were able to afford her, despite not always knowing how they were going to pay for her private school education, their determination and sheer trust in God shaped the trajectory of Ife's educational experience. She has experienced both state education and private education and understands what quality education can look like. This has fuelled her unrelenting passion to equip younger generations with high-value skills for life outside the education system and her various pursuits in reforming education in the United Kingdom.

Since 2022, Ife has taken to many stages, including YMS LDN and ISE Conference, the Labour Party Conference and soon Oslo Spektrum, to share her insights and story. Her talks, presentations and sessions often leaving audiences feeling inspired and are frequently referred to as inspiring and transformative.
